Good morning Doss Families –
It’s hard to believe we are in the last three weeks of the school year. There are lots of events and happenings in the next few weeks. Your teachers, PTA, and I will be sharing details regularly.
This week, May 6-10, is Staff Appreciation Week and we are looking forward to celebrating our amazing staff.
Doss Bike to School Day is this Tuesday, May 7th. Join the bike train as we ride or roll to Doss. There are two meeting locations that will merge into one long train.
3rd grade is hosting their annual canned food drive this week, May 6-9. They are requesting healthy canned food such as, peanut butter, canned chicken breast or tuna, canned beans, or canned fruit or vegetables. They kindly ask for no fresh food, refrigerated food, boxed food, or glass. The class that donates the most cans from each grade level will win a popsicle party. You CAN make a difference!
Friendly reminder all Doss library books were due Friday, May 3. If you have library books lying around your home, please return them to the library ASAP.
