A Message from Mrs. Sheridan:
My name is Tracy Sheridan, and I am eager to serve you as leader of Doss Elementary. As most of you know, I was an assistant principal at Doss for the last 4 years and prior to that I was the math interventionist, a 3rd grade teacher, and a parent and PTA volunteer at Doss Elementary. I earned my MEd from the University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor’s Degree from Baylor University.
I live in the Doss attendance zone with my husband, Kevin and our labrador retriever, Cali. We have two children, a daughter, Carsyn (22yr) who is a junior at the University of Arizona and a son, Collin (20yr) who is a sophomore at Texas Tech University. Both of my children are a product of the Anderson Vertical Team. I enjoy going on walks with Cali, reading fiction, traveling, and college football and basketball.
My goal is to focus on what’s best for kids through fostering relationships with staff, students and community and protecting Doss traditions while moving forward and focusing on achievement and inclusivity.
I look forward to getting to know you better and what you would like me to know about Doss and your hopes for its future.
Let’s your Doss pride show –
Principal Sheridan
