Good morning Doss Families – 

Last week, our administration team met with each grade level to maintain communication, offer support, and recognize the positive work they are doing. We continue to be impressed with our Doss teachers’ commitment to professional growth and excellence. 

New this year, our PE coaches are hosting a PE Showcase. The showcase is during your child’s PE class on Wednesday or Thursday, Dec. 13 or 14. HERE is the PE schedule. If you plan to attend, please complete this FORM to expedite the visitor check-in process.

Friday, December 15th, is our last Friday Assembly for this semester.  Our kindergarten students will sing a song, and we will highlight Holidays around the world. 

With many Austin ISD students living in food-insecure households, accessing healthy food may be challenging when the district is closed.  Families can use the community resources below to find free meals in their area while Austin ISD offices and schools are closed for the winter break:

• Texas Health and Human Services – Call 2-1-1 or (877) 541-7905 to speak to a live operator.
